A member of the Evolve Mentoring team will discuss with you, your aspirations and by gaining an understanding of the business and the issues you face, will be able to identify how mentoring can help support you and give you the tools to develop your business.  Specific questions about your business will be asked which will enable us to select the right mentor for you and your business.

Once you have been allocated your business mentor, following your introduction it is then down to you and your mentor to arrange your 6, 1 hour e-mentoring sessions on a regular basis. The key to a mentoring relationship is to be honest and open which will enable you to build trust quickly and allow the mentoring relationship to flourish.

Your mentoring sessions can take place via scheduled phone calls, the secure Evolve Mentoring Forum, Skype or Email and can be taken anytime during office hours 9 -5 Mon – Thurs and 9-4.30 within the 6 months from your first mentoring session.

Aside from your scheduled mentoring sessions with your mentor you have access to Evolve Forum which is an ideal way of keeping in contact with your mentor. This secure environment will also enable you to communicate with other mentees who are possibly experiencing the same issues as you, and by communicating with your peers and other mentors can be a very valuable resource.
