understand and challenge the mentee to focus on clarity in business dealings.

Building personal capacity is key, and most effectively done through a lasting valued relationship with the mentor and mentee taking each other into their confidence.

 

All Evolve Mentors come with first-hand
experience of communication, professionalism, analysis and evaluation, awareness of business issues, practical business functions knowledge and vision.

Many of them are business owners in their own right and have experienced the issues faced by entrepreneurs on a daily basis. By drawing from their own experiences and skills they are ideally placed to support you.
