Once you have submitted your application form a member of the Evolve Mentoring team will contact you and arrange a suitable time and date to meet with you to discuss what is involved and what your expections are.
If you are happy to proceed, the matching process then begins and we will be in touch with further information.
Once you have been allocated your business mentor, following an introduction it is then down to you and your mentor to arrange your 6, 2 hour mentoring sessions on a regular basis. The key to a mentoring relationship is to be honest and open which will enable you to build trust quickly and allow the mentoring relationship to flourish.
Your mentoring sessions can be taken as and when required by you within the 6 months from your first mentoring session. It is down to you and in agreement with your mentor when, where and at what time you meet.
Aside from your scheduled mentoring sessions with your mentor you have access to Evolve Forum which is an ideal way of keeping in contact with your mentor. This secure environment will also enable you to communicate with other mentees who are possibly experiencing the same issues as you, and by communicating with your peers and other mentors can be a very valuable resource.
